On 29th August, resident Mr. Nitin Singh, shared the following message -

Heartfelt appreciation to Adv. Asmita Satere, Mr. Pankaj Tamhane, Mr. Steve Thomas and Mrs. Pallavi Shet for their commendable efforts in conceptualizing and presenting such a thoughtful initiative.

A special acknowledgment to Adv. Asmita Satere for her creative execution, which has beautifully conveyed the message of harmonizing development with environmental sustainability.

June

• A resident share the pictures of tunnel construction in progress 

• Another resident shared the following news concerning tunnel construction -- CM gave stern instructions to complete the project within 3 years and approved 24x7 work at site.

• Residents posts about the feeding of pigeons in this neighbourhood and sharing pictures of the same. Also stating that feeding pigeons is now, banned.

• 10th August at 8.40 AM - Resident shared a video showcasing "The continuous roar of machines is drowning the songs of birds. Every tree cut, every hill scarred, is a reminder of the future we are shaping—a concrete jungle where our once beautiful green landscapes will only remain in memories..."

• Residents still awaiting revised approved plan from MMRDA.

• A resident courageously stopped a dumper truck and asked them to cover. Read the message below -

Today afternoon while going towards Happy Valley I stooped this truck as it was not covered and lot of dust was on road. I took the driver on task and made him to stop the truck and cover it properly
 In my opinion, we should stop whenever noncompliance is observed.
Unless the fear is observed these people will not follow rules.
They know the rules but deliberately breaking it
Need to create some sort of pressure on day today by everyone,  whomsoever ever observes it.

CPCB - PM2.5 Levels of Thane

Hello residents, 

In attempt to understand the AQI levels of our city Thane and subsequently how it will affects the residents of Mulla Bagh, we have attempted to collect the AQI levels of 2 stations monitored by CPCB. in Thane - Kasarvadavali and Upvan Lake.
